This year, Live Alive Girl, LLC will be combining our annual Puzzlement event with the Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's-Atlanta, GA.
We are taking A Walk of Puzzlement!
It's a self-paced, walk opportunity full of mental stimulation as we remember our loved ones and engage in activities that bring Alzheimer's awareness to our communities and help keep active the minds of those facing Alzheimer's disease.
Follow the activities, provided below, today through NOV 6th to walk with our Live Alive Girl team this year!

Activity #5.
Avoid eating foods that may induce Alzheimer's Disease like red meat, sweets and treats (including liquid delights) for 24 hours.

Display a previously provided Promise Garden Flower OR create a paper Promise Garden Flower and make it visible somewhere in or outside your place of residence (you may take your flower with you to complete activity #8 if you choose).

Take a 1 mile or 2 mile walk on your closest sidewalk, track, trail, or treadmill in honor or memory of all those facing Alzheimer's disease (you are free to make arrangements to walk with the masses, at your own discretion, at The Battery at Truist Park on 11/6).
